Ralph Eugene "Gene" Chapman, 66 of Casar, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Peak Resources of Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County, NC on January 5, 1958, he was the son of the late Ralph Chapman and Lois Sue Jones Chapman. He was retired from Valdese Bakery.

Survivors include his brother, David Chapman of Casar; a nephew, Adam Chapman of Casar; a niece, Erecia Bradshaw of Casar and a great-nephew, Dennis Norman of Casar.

Services will be private.
