Mr. Randall Dean Waters, age 53, passed away on December 31, 2013 at his residence. He was a son of the late Robert Harvey Waters of Tryon, NC.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Doris Jackson and Gene Hooper of Mill Springs, NC; two brothers, Larry Waters and wife, Renea of Shelby, NC and Bobby Waters of Tryon, NC; one sister, Linda Anderson of Mill Springs, NC.
Randy loved music and was an avid fisherman. In his early years, he traveled the country with many different bands. In his later years, he worked for local bands.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
