Robert David Sanford, age 50 , of Lawndale, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

Robert was born in Cleveland County, North Carolina, on October 22, 1973. Robert was the son of Gary and Patsy Sanford.

In addition to his parents, Robert is survived by his two sons, Dustin and Bradley Sanford, and his eight grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A funeral service for Robert will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, June 24, 2024 at Lawndale Baptist Church, 407 W. Main Street Lawndale, NC 28090 with the Rev. Randy Willis officiating.

Interment will follow the service in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
