Ronnie Dean Barrett, 80, passed away June 13, 2024, at Atrium Carolinas Medical Center-Main in Charlotte.
A native of Cleveland County, he was born on January 5, 1944, son of the late Purvis and Vernie Sipe Barrett.
Mr. Barrett is survived by one brother, Jerry Barrett of Shelby and numerous other family members. Mr. Barrett served some time in the United States Army and later retired from the United States Navy.
A Memorial service will be held 2pm Thursday, June 20,2024 in the Chapel of Cleveland Funeral Service and Crematory officiated by Rev. Shane Adkins.
