William Lee Smith, 59, of 3182 Union Hwy, passed away on Monday, December 25th, 2023, at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born in Shelby, NC, he was the husband of Debra Pearson Smith and the son of the late William and Brenda Richards Smith. William formerly worked at Magnolia Finishing Plant, Freightliner, and Walmart.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Smith is survived by two sons, Dustin Smith (Courtney) and Lee Smith, a sister, Karen Smith, four grandchildren: Alyssa, Kylie, Payton, and Aydin Smith, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 29th, 2023, at 2:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney Chapel.

The family will be at their respective homes.
