| Alpha Delta Kappa Presents Annual Scholarship |

Alpha Delta Kappa is an international honorary sorority for women educators dedicated to educational excellence, altruism and world understanding. Sigma Chapter of North Carolina Alpha Delta Kappa presented its annual scholarship to Jacob Bell, a senior at Shelby High on May 22, 2014. This young man impressed the scholarship with his outstanding academic achievements as well as his involvement in his church and community. Jacob will use the $1000 scholarship to further his education at UNC-Chapel Hill in the field of education. Jacob is the son of Karen and Gary Bell. Congratulations Jacob!
