Angela Walters Hebert, 30, passed away at her residence on Monday, July 10, 2023.

She was a native of Caldwell County, NC and the daughter of Flynn Walters and Terry Walters Vick.

When Angela was in elementary school, she won the Citizenship Award and was an excellent student that loved reading. She also enjoyed playing recreational soccer for several years as a youth. Angela was especially talented at decorating her home. She enjoyed visiting the coast, where she spent her evenings sitting on a balcony while watching and listening to the waves hitting the shore. Angela was employed by EcoGuard for several years and really enjoyed her job. She loved singing and had recently taken an interest in caring for houseplants. Angela had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed meeting people. She adored her children and was a good wife.

In addition to her parents, Angela is survived by her husband, Charles "Charlie" Hebert; daughter, Summer Dawn Bell; step-daughter, Luna Lavoie; mother-in-law, Robin Parker; and three brothers-in-law, Roland Parker, Michael (Yenitiz) Parker, and Dillon Hebert.

Angela is preceded in death by her daughter, Maddison Rayne Bell; grandparents, Ralph and Louise Walters, Paul (Mary) Bridges; and brother-in-law, Kevin Parker.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 14, 2023, at Cleveland Memorial Park, officiated by Bill Walters. A visitation will follow the service at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any organization of the donor's choice.
