Moss
On Moss Lake two weeks ago Reggie and Johnny Guffey picked up the win with 9.88. Windell Leonard and Jeff Blanton had 5.76 to take second followed by Jason Hinson and Matt Jones with 4.46. J R Garland and Ronnie Beason had 3.64 to take fourth and fifth went to Amos Shear and Charles Accor with a 3.57, this was also big fish of the night. Twenty-five boats participated.
This past week, sixteen boats fished the weekly Thursday night event. Jody Black and Jason Rhodes got the win with 10.64. Buddy and Michael Black had 7.19 and were second with Arnold Ledford and Austin Williams getting third with 3.55. Fourth went to Glenn Eaves with 2.10. Big bass was a 2.60 brought in by Buddy and Michael Black.
Kosa
The retirees fished Lake Norman two weeks ago with J R Garland and Rick Miers getting the win with 9.1. Dean Champion and Fred Wright were close behind with 8.1, they anchored that with big bass of the day, a 2.7 largemouth. Ray Hembree and George Crosswhite had 7.2 to take third.
This past week the old timers were at Lake Wylie, J R Garland and Rick Miers again took top honors with 10.7 and big bass with a 2.7 largemouth. John Black and Roger McNeilly had 5.9 and were second and third with 3.2 was Ray Hembree and George Crosswhite. This week it is back to Lake Norman.
CCBC
The Cleveland County Bass Club fished Lake Greenwood recently with Jeremy Bouldin showing out. Bouldin brought in 18.20 and a big bass of 6.94 and a 6.66 to take the win and big bass. Larry Melton was second with 3.86 and was followed by Jamie Canipe with 3.02. Maverick Canipe had 2.76 and was fourth and fifth went to Roger Beaver with 2.30.
