| Calvary Baptist Church Hosts Dental Bus |

Calvary Baptist Church located at 320 Old Boiling Springs Rd., Shelby, hosted the Dental Bus Ministry on Saturday, August 10, 2013. There were over forty volunteers including dentistry staff volunteers from Hounshell and Baker Family Dentistry offices. The event had local hair stylists offering free haircuts and free blood pressure checks were provided. The Calvary food closet was shared with the participants. The ministry served over forty participants during the ten hours of operation. Everyone was very grateful for the services that were provided at no charge to them. The Dental Bus Ministry of North Carolina Baptist Men was created in 1989 to help the needs of communities in North Carolina. The use of the bus is for helping those in need and for spreading the love and word of God to the community. Photos Furnished
