Council on Aging Meals on Wheels Program receives $50k grant from Wal-Mart

Walmart recently presented a $50,000 grant to the Council on Aging of Cleveland County, Inc. for the Meals on Wheels Program. The grant was presented to Paulette Putnam, Executive Director of the Council on Aging of Cleveland County, Inc. during a check presentation ceremony at the Shelby Wal-Mart Supercenter. This grant will be used to purchase food and supplies for the Meals on Wheels program which serves older adults in Cleveland County.
