Glenda Sharon Lowe Mullett, 70, of Lawndale, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at home.

Born in West Virginia, on August 5, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Newton Lowe and Pliney Ellen Dawson Lowe. She was retired form Hickory Springs and she faithfully attended Tabernacle Baptist Church. Glenda looked forward to her weekly outings with church family and spending time with her family. She has spent many hours raising her chickens and loving on her puppy Sally.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by an infant son and daughter; a great-grandchild, Baby Bean; four brothers Ronnie Lowe, Donnie Lowe, Clarence Lowe, Jr., and David Lowe; seven sisters, Betty Jo Keene, Lissie Francis Rose, Donna Lowe, Peggy Scarberry Jean Hampton, Rosa Lee Stacy, and Shirley Johnson.

She is survived by her two sons, Dwayne Dawson and wife, Wendy of Lawndale and John Dawson of Lawndale; three grandchildren, Ben Dawson, Eli Dawson and Skyler Tessneer and husband Luke all of Lawndale; five brothers, Tommy Lowe, Teddy Lowe, Freddie Lowe all of Atwell Mountain, WV, Douglas Lowe of Raysal, WV, and Franklin Lowe of Tazwell, VA; and two sisters, Nancy Dawson of Maiden and Delphine Payne of Lexington.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Casar.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 11:00 am at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Casar with the Rev. Homer Tessneer officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
