James Franklin Parker, 74, of North Brook #3 School Road, Vale passed away on August 12, 2025 at Carolina Rehab Center of Burke.

James was born on March 20, 1951 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Ralph C. Parker and Earlene Virginia Houser Parker. He was retired as a self-employed brick mason.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Parker, Jr. and Tom Parker and a sister, Juanita M. Parker.

Survivors include his sister, Muriel Speagle and husband, Bill of Vale; brother, Fred Parker and wife, Barbara and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 2:00pm at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jeremy Mahaffey officiating.
