Jason Elbert Justice, 47, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at his home in Shelby, NC.

Born in Cleveland County on March 24, 1977 he was the son of Ricky Dean Justice and Sherry Elizabeth Bowen Justice. Maternal grandparents George and Lucy Bowen and paternal grandparents Richard J.E. Justice and Yvonne Simpson Justice as well as his niece Molly Elizabeth Justice.

Jason was a graduate of Crest High School and worked as a machinist at Parker Hannifin in Kings Mountain. He attended Hope Community Church.

Jason loved football and was a Crest Chargers and Green Bay Packers fan! He enjoyed traveling to NASCAR events to collect driver autographs and watch a race. Most of all, Jason loved the Lord, his family and friends.

Jason is survived by his wife of 21 years, Stephanie Lail Justice and two children; Haley Justice and Brandon Justice. Also left to cherish his memory is his grandson Zachary Justice, a brother Casey Justice (Amber), as well as, Ricky and Sherry Justice, A niece, Maggie and nephews, Miles and Maddox.

The family will receive friends in the sanctuary of Hope Community Church from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM Sunday, July 28, 2024 followed by a celebration of life service beginning at 5:00 PM.
