Born in Cleveland County on Nov 6 1964 he was the Son of Charles Donald Day and Minnie Catherine Blanton Day. Husband to Patricia "Dianne" Smith Day. Father to "Jason" and Gena Day, "Renea" and Victor Bowen. Brother to "Vickie" and Joey Alexander, "Anthony" and Kim Day, Samuel Day, Charles Day, And Sister like Cousin Teresa Ellis. Grandfather to Greta and Wyatt Bowen, Kaley and Caleb Burleson, Jaylynn Day. And Loving Friend to so many.
Neal was a great man with a heart of gold who would give the shirt of his back or food off his plate. The kind of person who stood up for others and always had your back. Neal would always put a smile on your face with his wonderful Personality or make you laugh until it hurt. Neal will be truly missed but never forgotten.
Service will be held at Cecil M Burton Funeral Home 106 Cherryville Rd Shelby NC on Friday Dec 9 from 6 until 7 words of Encouragement 7 until 7:30. Dress however you want to Neal would want it that way.
