Jeffrey Lynn Hamrick, 55, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023 while at Atrium Healthcare Cleveland.

He was born to Patricia Frary and the late Michael Hamrick in Rutherfordton, NC.

Left to cherish his memories are his spouse, Gloria "Chrissy" Gossett Hamrick; daughter, Brooke Hamrick; son, Blake Hamrick; step-dad, Dave Frary; aunt and uncles, Debra and Larry Garrett, Sandy and husband George Pickard, Nancy Barry and Randy Biddy and wife Courtney Biddy; sister, Micah Holiday; stepson, Timothy Gossett and children, Maddison, Kendall, Timothy, Jr and Allison; step-son, Matthew Gossett and Caitlinn and children, Neveaha, Sieanna; step-son Paul Gossett and Destiny and children, Dean; step-daughter, Diamond Gossett and children, Olivia and Chloe; step-brother, David Frary.

Jeffrey loved his children and grandchildren with his whole heart. He enjoyed spending time playing tickle monster and whatever the kids wanted to play or do.

He played football at Crest Jr. High and Crest Senior High School. He loved Martial Arts and received his Black Belt at 10 years of age. He loved being Papaw Jeff. He was sweet, caring, loved his Mom and wanted the best for his wife, children and grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, December 02, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Springmore Baptist Church, 651 McBrayer Homestead Rd, Shelby, NC 28152 with Tim Norman officiating.
