Jesse Lee Crank Jr.

Jesse Lee Crank Jr., "Crank" of Boiling Springs, NC, gained his wings on June 26, 2024.

Mr. Crank was born in Union, SC on September 23, 1979, to Jesse Crank Sr. and Melody Green Crank.

Crank was well-known as the "Quiet Giant" who lived to love and support his family. Everyone knows Wyshena was the love of his life, along with his children and grandchildren. He was one of the best baseball analysts we've ever known, having played the game when he was an adolescent for Dixie Youth. When Crank wasn't watching baseball, you could find him engrossed in the game of football, in which he was a die-hard fan of the Minnesota Vikings.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Purvis Crank and Rosa Lee Humphries Crank; maternal grandparents, Henry Allen Green and Bessie Helen Smith Green; grandmother-in-law, Easter L. Huskey, and mother-in-law, Lillian "Gail" Huskey.
Left to cherish his memories are his beloved wife of over 20 years, Wyshena Crank; his parents, Jesse Lee Crank Sr. and Melody Green Crank; three children, Tyheim Huskey, Jessica Crank and Jessie Lee Crank III, grandchildren, Aceyion Huskey and Melody Smith; sister, Telisha Crank, father-in-law, Sherwood Phillips (Becky); brother-in-law, Tracy Phillips; sisters-in-law, Sherry Phillips and Leah Dawkins (Anthony); and best friend Tijuan "Lou" Peake as well as a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services were held on July 6, 2024 at Green Bethel Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
