Joanne Jacene DeVoe, age 60 of Lattimore, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday January 8, 2025.

Devoted wife, friend, and mother of many fur children she is survived by her husband Arthur Stewart "Butch" DeVoe, brother Carmen Jacene, sister-in-laws Beth DeVoe Williams of Hudson, FL, and Dianne VanHerwynen of Port Richey, FL, and many friends.

Joanne was born in Paterson NJ on September 30, 1964 to Carmen and Patricia Jacene who preceded her in death as well as an infant brother Michael Frank.

Joanne graduated with a BS degree in Religious Studies from Mount Olive College in 2010, a BS degree in Applied Science as well as a PHD in divinity from Garner Webb University. She was an ordained minister and founder of His Heart to Our Heart and Daughters of God on FB where she ministered to many people worldwide. Joanne was strong in her faith and loved nothing more than sharing that faith with all she came in contact with.

Joanne requested that there be no funeral services. Prayers for her family and loved ones are greatly appreciated.
