Joseph "Joe" Wallace Costner, 81, passed away on February 13, 2025.
He was born on June 06, 1943 in Cleveland County, and was the son of the late Robert Clyde and Madge Boyles Costner. Joe was an agriculture farmer and member of St. Peters Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Gray.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred Coleman Costner, son, Robert Costner of Lawndale, daughter, Victoria Costner of North Topsail Beach, granddaughter, Zoie Costner, sister, Mary Hager of Belmont and nephew, Ned Hager
A private service will be held on the family farm.
