Judith Ann Lovelace, 79, of Kings Mountain, NC, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 26, 2022 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC.

She was born in Cleveland County, NC, daughter of the late Martin Van Buren and Gussie Ada Whitaker Bolton and was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Gene Lovelace.

She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, Jim, Pete, and Charles Bolton, and a sister, Linda Bolton.

She was a longtime member of Christian Freedom Church. She was a devoted wife, homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. Judy worked in customer service in the retail industry for many years, enjoyed staying busy and working with her hands. In her spare time, Judy enjoyed working on arts and crafts projects, sewing, growing beautiful flowers and bird watching. Judy was a wonderful cook and baker and loved feeding her family delicious meals. Her strength, character, and love for those dear to her will be missed greatly by all those who knew Judy.

Beth Chambers and husband Dale, Shelby, NC

Grandchildren: Graham Davis, Grayson Chambers (Louise), Hannah Chambers, and Zack Chambers

VISITATION: Friday, December 30, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Branch located at 420 Branch Street, Kings Mountain, NC 28086

INTERMENT: A private family graveside will be held at Christian Freedom Church Cemetery
