Kevin Darrell Conley passed away peacefully at his home on July 26, 2023. He was a man of faith and disciple of Jesus. He retired from UPS in 2019 and was currently living out his dream operating his landscaping business. He loved being a Pawpaw to his 7 grandchildren & taking care of his family. He was always planning the next adventure for them to go on. He loved the Atlanta Braves, Carolina Tarheels, cheese & Mt. Dew. His love for his wife shined through the most in the way he always cared for her.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Billie Darrell Conley, and his very special great aunt, Esther Carswell. He now joins them in eternal peace.

Left to cherish his life and memory are his beloved wife Connie Conley, mother, Doris Conley Bridges, and his caring brother, Rodney Conley (Kim). He will be forever remembered by his children: Ethan Conley (Katie Cornwell), Jennifer Pegram, Daniel Pegram (Whitney), Jordan Russell, and Nick & Kelli Powell. Kevin's grandchildren, Cooper, Millie Jo, Adalyn, Eva, Ruthie Belle, Emilia, Ellie Joy, and Hadleigh, will forever carry his love in their hearts.

Additionally, Kevin leaves behind a special nephew and niece, Austin and Hannah Conley, who held a cherished place in his heart.

The Conley family expresses heartfelt gratitude to their special neighbors, Kern and Christen Phillip, along with their children Aniston and Kingston, for their unwavering support and friendship over the years.

To honor the life of Kevin, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, July 30th 2023 at First Assembly of God in Gastonia, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow the service at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fallston, NC.
