Lillie Mae Clark Hush, 79, of Shelby, NC passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Cleveland Pines Nursing Center.

She was born on February 12, 1942 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Patience Clark and the late David Farley.

Mrs. Hush worked at Century Furniture until her health declined. She was known for her fashion, makeup and jewelry. She enjoyed socializing and playing BINGO. During her stay at Cleveland Pines, she was crowned "Queen of the Ball".

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Hush; three brothers, Robert J. Clark, Charlie D. Clark and George Clark and one sister, Edith Mae Clark.

She leaves fond memories to a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services for Ms. Hush will be private. She may be viewed at S. T. Enloe Memorial Chapel from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon on Saturday, April 3, 2021. The family will be receiving friends from 3:00 PM until 3:30 PM at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel on Saturday, April 3, 2021. Condolences can be expressed online at www.enloemortuary.com.
