MOORESBORO: Lunette Ruppe Bridges, 81, went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 21, 1937, the daughter of the late James Homer and Minnie Lonie Ruppe. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, of 56 years, Audie Gene Bridges; brothers, James and Billy Ruppe; and sisters, Alpha Sisk, Inez Ruppe, Agnes Wallace, and Eula Mae Johnson.

She is survived by her daughter, Louann Ward; son, Bobby Bridges, both of Mooresboro; sister, Martha Ruppe Gibson (Joe) of Gaffney; grandchildren, Clint Bridges (Michelle), Brandy Bridges Truelove (Travis), Zach Bridges (Kyerstin); great-grandchildren, Melaina Truelove (Jenna), Lane Truelove, Chase Bridges, Kayleigh Bridges, Hadley Bridges; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 3pm, Saturday, November 24, 2018, at Trinity Baptist Church, with Rev. Michael Frazier officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3pm, prior to the service, in the church, and other times at the home of her daughter. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County or Trinity Baptist Church.
