Mark Wilson Davis, 55, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 while at his home.

He was born in Cleveland County to the late Max Wilson Davis and Rachel Elizabeth Davis.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Mary Elizabeth Davis; grandpuppy, Pinot Grigo Davis; daughter, Virginia Frances Davis; grandkitty, Dudley Davis; son, Max Wilson Davis; furbaby, Diablo Davis; sister, Sherrie Davis Clark (Terry Clark); sister, Pam Davis Fish (Woody Fish); cousin, Tim Loy Tallent (Teresa Tallent).

Mark was an avid hunter, fisher and farmer. He loved being outdoors and spending time with his family. Mark loved spending time with his furbaby, Diablo, who adored him. He retired from the Cleveland County Sheriff's Department. After retirement, he began to work as a Truck Driver for Kern's Trucking. Some of his favorite outdoor activities were riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes with his son, Max. He was a competitive marksman and amateur car collector. Mark always enjoyed knocking back a few cold ones with his cousin Tim and best friends, Sam Crowder, John McIntyre, and Ryan Gibson. He is very loved and dearly missed.

A Celebration of Life Drop-in will be held beginning at 4:00 PM on Monday, December 30, 2024 at the residence of Mark.
