Mary Patricia Forsythe Barrett, 72, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

Born in Rock Hill, SC on May 17, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Robert Miller and Ida Belle Miller. In addition to her partners she is preceded in death by her husband Charles Barrett, brother Baxter Forsythe, Robert Forsythe and sisters Shirley Williams.

Mary is survived by her son Steve Wright and daughter Lisa Aldana, as well as, grandchildren, Karmen, Jesse, Sr. (Jessicia), Rosa, Casey, Daniel, Bradley, Davien Amber, great grandchildren, Anthony, Maryanna, Karlita, Emma, Savannah, Jesse Jr, Haley.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Friday, December 13, 2024 at Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday December 14, 2024 in the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home with Pastor Matthew Sparks officiating. Burial will follow the service at Fellowship Independent Baptist Church.
