Norma Jean Ledbetter Campbell, 76, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the home of her sister in Monroe, North Carolina.

She was the daughter of the late Eddie and Doris Ledbetter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Campbell.

Jean loved reading, made a mean lasagna, and cherished her dogs, flowers, and time spent talking on the phone. Most of all, she dearly loved her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jean is survived by her daughters, Teresa Stevens and Sharon Teague; her sisters, Joyce Bradley (Joel) and Gail Lynn; and her brother, Tim Ledbetter (Donna).

In honoring her wishes, no services will be held.
