Patrick Sanderson Fowler II, age 26, of Shelby, NC, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024, at Hospice Wendover in Shelby, with his family by his side.

He was born on May 20, 1998, in Orange County, NC, and was the cherished son of Patrick Sanderson Fowler and Nanette Bridges Fowler. Patrick was a devoted husband to his wife, Alexis Taylor Fowler, and a loving father to their two sons, Jackson and Noah Thomas.

Patrick's memory will live on through those who survive him. He is also survived by his two sisters, Sierra Webster and her husband Nick, and Rebekah Fowler, as well as his paternal grandmother, Patricia Sanderson Fowler, and maternal grandfather, Philip Alton Bridges, Sr. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Kathleen Wallich Bridges, and his paternal grandfather, Jerry LeGrant Fowler, Sr.

Patrick's life was marked by a deep passion for his hobbies, which he joyfully shared with his family. He had a talent for 3D printing and found great happiness building and racing RC cars with his children. His love of fishing was another favorite hobbie, creating cherished memories along the way.

A memorial service to celebrate Patrick's life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home, with Pastor Tim Barrett and Pastor Jimmy Maney officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

In honor of Patrick's memory, memorial donations may be made to the Levine Cancer Institute or to the American Cancer Society's Sarcoma Cancer research efforts.
