Ralph Smith, 66 of Casar Road, Casar, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024 at Atrium Health-Cleveland.

Born September 25, 1957 in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Lenore "Lynn" Smith and Elizabeth Denton Smith. Ralph was retired from Kelley Furniture Company.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Wayne Smith, Leonard Smith and Melvin Smith two sisters, Eunice and Zelna Hudson; two infant brothers and two infant sisters.

Survivors include a special friend, Johnny Workman; four sisters, Thelma Smith of Casar, Marie Hudson of Casar, Tresa Scronce of Vale and Cora Lovelace of Shelby; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

Burial will be private.
