Randy Clyde Hoyle, age 69, of Shelby, passed away on Friday, October 04, 2024 at Atrium Health - Cleveland.
Randy was born on October 20,1954 in Shelby, NC to parents Clyde and Vergie Hoyle. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Hoyle.
Randy was a man known for his love of writing poetry. Randy accomplished the publishing of a book as an Amateur Writer that was entitled, "The Ballad of Druid Scott". When Randy wasn't writing poetry and books you could find him jamming with his friends in a local band where he loved playing the guitar.
Randy is survived by his sister, Phyllis Canipe and her husband, Jacky; nephew, Clint Canipe; his aunt, Lois Hoyle; his special friend, Melissa Tubbs, and his family at the Shelby Shopper.
A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Van Spencer officiating.
