Ronald "Ronnie" Dale Ward, 52 of 129 Harbor Point Drive, Cherryville passed
away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at his residence.

Born April 16, 1965 in Cleveland County, he was a son of Ruby Hester Ward of
Casar and the late Thomas Dale Ward. He was employed by Clearwater Paper
Corporation. Ronnie was a member of the First Baptist Church, Shelby and
enjoyed deer hunting and riding motorcycles.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Jared Ward of Casar; a
daughter, Casey Ward of Grover; two brothers, Thomas Michael Ward of Casar
and William Eugene Ward of Maiden; two sisters, Deborah Camp and husband,
William of Casar and Melissa Calloway of Rutherfordton and two
grandchildren, Chelsee Huss and Aria Ward.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Thursday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral
Home.

A funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Friday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home
Chapel with Rev. Tommy Cook officiating.

Burial will following in Wallace Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
