Thomas "Tommy" Michael Ward, 61, of Casar, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024 at Mission Hospital McDowell, Marion.

Born in Cleveland County, on October 16, 1962, he was a son of Ruby Hester Ward and the late Thomas Dale Ward. He was a self-employed refrigeration and coolant specialist.

In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Ward.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Beth Flack; children, Matthew Ward, Joshua Ward, Heather Ward, Sierra Simmons and Rosajean Flack; a brother, William Ward, two sisters, Deborah Camp and husband William and Melissa Calloway; and nine grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 19, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Blessed Way Baptist Church with the Rev. Tommy Cook officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
