Following her graduation as a Registered Nurse, she embarked on a dedicated nursing career at Cleveland Regional Medical Center (now Atrium Health Cleveland). Her work spanned Critical Care, Medical-Surgical units, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, detox and treatment centers, and Rutherford Regional Medical Center in Forest City, North Carolina.

Virginia's colleagues and friends described her as a compassionate, caring, and loving professional, known for her dedication to patients and her support of coworkers. She was a role model, mentor, and source of inspiration, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Alongside her professional journey, Virginia deepened her faith by earning certificates in Theology in 2023 and 2024, as well as an Associate Degree in Christian Theology from the International Miracle Institute.

Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Netti Beheler Price; her brother, Bobby Beheler; and her sisters, Cathy Weaver, Arite Smith, Pauline Morgan, and Betty McEntire.
