Willard "Buddy" Jenkins, Jr., age 63, of Mooresboro, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at his residence.

Willard was born Monday, December 1, 1958 in Caldwell County, NC to the late Willard Lee Jenkins, Sr. and Lena Doris Border Jenkins. He worked in furniture manufacturing for several years and most recently volunteered at the Grace of God Rescue Mission.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Jenkins.

Left to cherish fond memories are his sisters, Barbara Higgins of Lenoir, Judy Triplett of Winterville, NC, Debra Watts of Lenoir, Beverly Martin of Lenoir and Jan Russ of Lenoir; good friends, Terry and Sherry Hagaman and Teresa Long.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Father's Vineyard, 724 Oakland Road, Spindale.
